Hello Fellows! Its with a great pleasure that I announce (FINALLY) Blackhat Forums is BACK!!! This time for good. I must tell you that finally after all the work we have done, Under the hood and over the hood, I can finally feel better about BHF. We have done a lot of work on the board and community side of BHF. I'm proud of the result of this work, and I think you will definitely enjoy the new BHF!.

So, I will start to tell you whats new on this new BHF Re-launch:

• We've finally fixed the old Navigation Permissions error, when you navigated backwards, using the navigation bar on the board! (hurray!)
• We've completely reorganized the Forum Categories Structure for better navigation and usability. Its now easier to find the topic your looking for, and where to post new content! This will help over time on better content categorization.
• We've reviewed every single Topic and post for content quality control. Its our objective to maintain a junk free and clean community and keep the topics quality at a reasonable quality standard.
• We've created new RSS Feeds for you to keep track of the latest BHF topics on your favorite Reader. The RSS Feeds are aggregated by Main Categories, which means for example the Feed "Hacking & Security Discussion" will feed you with all the topics posted on the forums under that category.
• We are now are slowly adding more web 2.0 capability's to the board, now you have an "AddThis" button to directly add all the posts and topics you like to any social bookmarking site!
• We've installed a Friendly URL System, so its easier for you (and bots) to identify the topic subject just by reading the URL.
• All forums now have Quick Reply enabled by default!
• Now you can Rate Topics!
• Improved skin HTML for fastest loading and navigation
• Fixed CSS typos.

We also Re-structured the User Groups organization. Now we have:

Administrator | System Operator | Super Moderator | V.I.P | Contributors | Members | Trial Members

• Administrators: They are the Founding and Original Admins since the BHF Beginning.
• System Operators: They are the secondary Admins, that were promoted by their dedication and work on the BHF community.
• Super Moderators: They are the BHF Moderators.
• V.I.P: They are Admin's Friends and very respected people around the scene.
• Contributors: They are the ones that are very helpful and contribute a lot for the community. All the Regular board contributors and Old respected users come here. Users who contribute by donating to BHF are also upgraded to this group.
• Members: They are the regular and normal BHF members.
• Trial Members: They are all the Members with less than 10 posts. The users on that Group have some restrictions applied. They can't rate topics; they can't store more than 5 PM's on the inbox; They can't View member Profiles; They have longer Flood Filtering times, and some more restrictions. After 10 QUALITY posts, they are automatically upgraded.

We also have many ideas on the plan for the near future. Such as the long promised New Skin.
